As a designer I'm not unlike the rest of you when I get stuck in my ways.  I get used to the sales reps that are the most attentive in placing my orders or using a company that I know can always deliver.  Client's don't like to hear that dreaded word "backorder".  It's always a turnoff no matter how patient the client.  As a designer it's also a turnoff in that I can't deliver what my client wants.  

I have always been aware of Thibaut but, never really popped into their showroom in Boston.  I don't have a valid reason as to why either.  But, neither had a sales rep from Thibaut ever made a sales call to introduce me to Thibaut.

Enter Joan Shafnacker.  Joan was not only personable but, very helpful in guiding me through Thibaut.  I really loved most of their product and will use them, hopefully, in the future.  Without Joan having called on me I still wouldn't be using Thibaut.
